The exact process varies by service, but the goal remains the same: make auto glass care easier and help get you safely back on the road.

Common Questions

Before You Schedule

How long does auto glass service take?

Service time depends on the vehicle, type of glass, extent of the damage and whether ADAS recalibration is required. We provide an estimated time when your appointment is scheduled.

Can a windshield chip be repaired?

Many small chips and short cracks can be repaired when addressed early. Damage near an edge, in the driver’s viewing area or through multiple layers may require replacement.

Will you work with my insurance company?

BEAM accepts most major insurance carriers and can help provide the information required for your glass claim. Coverage and deductibles remain subject to your policy.

Does every windshield replacement require recalibration?

No. Recalibration depends on the vehicle and its equipment. Vehicles with cameras or sensors near the windshield may require static, dynamic or combined recalibration.

Can mobile service be completed in bad weather?

Rain, high winds, extreme temperatures or unsafe conditions may affect mobile service. A clean, covered and suitable work area may allow the appointment to continue.
