Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On Monday, called and spoke with Susie who's very friendly, and able to schedule me in Wednesday since I work remotely. Reed sent me a text Wednesday afternoon to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. What I really appreciate is how he shook my hand to formally introduce himself. He also welcomed me to watch as he explained the process. Took about 15 minutes to repair the chip. Smooth process, reasonably priced and the service is outstanding! Thank you Beam folks!!đ
